Shipping & Returns
. All orders are subject to product availability. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Please note: All our product are hand crafted and are not mass produced. If an item your order is unavailable, allow us up to 5 days to make yours. Some of our products are unique and cannot be reproduced. If this is the case we will notify you.
RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 5 days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible to request a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with tags and and it's packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send to you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting return, will not be accepted.

DAMAGES and ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders and personalized items. please get in touch with us if you have questions and / or concerns about your specific item.
UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.
Fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund was approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
